We now accept all Texas Medicaid insurance plans (Including Superior & Blue Cross/Star plans)

BLUE CROSS OF TEXAS / PRIME TEHRAPEUTICS - Out of Network

Despite our efforts to recontract directly with Blue Cross of Texas we have remained unsuccessful to date in our attempts to reach a fair contract. (as of 8-4-25)

CIGNA / EXPRESS SCRIPTS / TRICARE - Not Accepted

Unfortunately, due to Express Scripts take it or leave it contract practices and poor reimbursement rates being offered since they prefer patients use their Express Scripts mail order we are unable to accept these forms of insurance. There is no anticipated resolution at this time.
